Opening times

Dear visitor, from 15 September 2025 to 30 May 2026, we are only open by appointment and for a minimum of 3 nights. We will also be closed from 4 January 2026 to 20 March 2026.

Nos chambres

Vous avez le choix entre deux chambres. Les chambres "cèdre" et "mûrier" de 19,5 et 14,5 m2, sont situées au 2ème étage et sont équipées de lits de 180 x 200 cm et 160 x 210 cm.

room "Cedar"

Vous dormez sur les matelas Mérinos qui vous offrent un très bon confort. Le lit de 180 x 200 cm a deux matelas de 90 x 200 cm avec deux couettes séparées. Le lit de 160 x 210 cm a un matelas avec une grande couette. Vous trouvez aussi la salle de bain spacieuse et moderne avec lavabo, sèche-cheveux, cabine de douche et toilettes.

L'étage est parfait pour une famille avec un ou deux enfants ou deux couples partageant la salle de bains.

Quand vous venez seul ou à deux, nous ne louons qu'une chambre si bien que vous êtes assurés de la salle de bain privative! En plus vous trouverez le nécessaire pour faire du thé ou café. Parking privé sur notre propriété.

For 2025 our prices are:

Per night for one bedroom:

for two people 110 Euro

for one person: 87 Euro

Per night for two bedrooms:

for four adults: 170 Euro

for three adults: 160 Euro

for two adults: 150 Euro

Parents with children under 16:

1 child in an own room: 140 euro

2 children in own room: 150 euro


Prices include breakfast. The town tourist tax of 0.83 Euros per night / per person (children under 18 are free) is not included and is added to the final bill.


If you stay two nights, the price will be reduced by 8%

For stays of three nights or more the price will be reduced by 15% .

Payment can be made in cash, by French cheque or by bank transfer in advance.

Deposit:

If you wish to book early (> 10 days before your arrival) we kindly ask for a 30% deposit, to be paid by bank transfer.

We would be happy to collect any clients arriving by train at Périgueux's main railway station.

Table d'hôtes

We would be happy to provide dinner, for which advance booking is required. We offer our guests to share dinner with us as "to eat what's cooked". This is always a light, healthy and freshly cooked meal. We charge 25 euro per person including non alcoholic drinks (1), coffee or tea. Children from 6 to 12 pay 9,5 euro. ( children younger than 6 eat for free )


(1), We have no license to serve wine, you are welcome to bring your own wine or when booking to request us to deliver it for you!

We regret that we cannot accept animals. We have a no-smoking policy in the house.
